Pick a right time: We all have a habbit of doing things in a regular routine. Drinking water is no different, the best time to drink water is right after you wake up, because our body worked all night from cleansing all the yesterday waste. So drinking water at this time helps our body bowel movement and flush out all the toxics that remains in our body. Another time you can drink water is 15-30 mins before lunch and dinner, try to avoid drinking water one or two hours before going to bed if you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night stumbling through the hallway to look for the toilet.
Try to drink room temperature water instead of ice water: Often time it is tempting to drink ice cold water during a hot muggy season, be that as it may, please try to avoid this habit if possible, because cold water often constricts blood from circulating efficiently through out the blood vessel, and as a result, it also restricting your organs from getting nutrients when they need them.
Knowing your daily intake: Some say that to know when you might need to drink more water, the best method is to pay attention to things like dryness, urine color, sweat and other symptoms like inflammation and constipation, but matter of fact, as long as you drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day, you would most likely do just as fine as everyone else, although everyone may have a slightly different water intake level, just follow this rule of thumb and adjust it accordingly, then you would be fine.
